MiWay only repairing body damage no mechanical damage due to a accident

I am a Miway client and been for years. Always received good service and adequate assistance.

After my recent claim on my vehicle the body damage was repaired but no attention to the mechanical damage.

My vehicle has suffered major mechanical damage due to this oversight and I am deeply disappointed.

After asking for assistance my requests have been ignored.
