Miway only covering 10% of your claim value .

I have took out a warranty cover with Miway where i am supposed to be covered for R10K . when it comes to claim stage they then say congratulations your claim has been approved for R1000 . i then asked them for a reason why if I am paying for cover for R10 000 you only covering me for 10% . i was then told that if i am unhappy with the outcome I may log a dispute . which i have done . the dispute department then contacts me a day after i logged the dispute and said they will contact me the next day . it has now been two weeks and still no word from Miway . People when you considering insurance you might as well take Miway off the list . and they will only Pay 10% of your claim .
