MiWay, online sign up and chat, FTW!

I have recently taken up insurance for my car and a few personal items.

It was super easy to do, and I really like how I could do everything through their website and, when getting stuck, instead of needing to phone someone there was a very easy to use online chat window.

I could not find options to add my Camera in the MiMovable page, so I opened the chat, and Zandile Gumede was able to check my policy, tell me when my debit orders were going off, and help add the camera to my insurance policy.

I think being in the 21st century, it is the small things (like online chat instead of phone calls) that are going to start setting service providers apart.
