Miway offered me 18k for a written off car

My car was written off in an accident involving a Miway client. Miway rejected the quotations and said they are unreasonable. Another reaps is that I should have brakes my car when their client crashed into me so I’m responsible. Their assessor never came to assess my car to see the extent of the damage and their agent claims that ‘they have technology that can detect claims by looking at pictures’ it’s very interesting because the same assessors state on the report that a car must be stripped to see any internal damage to the car when dealing with their clients car. After all this they offered me 18k for the damages, tell me Miway what is this amount of money supposed to do for my car that is written off. Your assessors never even bothered to come and prove that my quotes are unreasonable plus I used Miway approved panel beaters,
