Mi-Way No-Way

When it comes to insurance, Everyone is looking to save and get more for your money. We were scouting around for business insurance for our trucking business. We made contact with Mi-Way to get a quotation. This process was simple and easy and we were happy with what was offered to us,so we then proceeded with Mi-Way to get the cover done. Mi-Way needed our tracker to be installed with C.Track, the agent assured us all arrangements will be made.

Our nightmare began once we became part of Mi-Way, they have pathetic customer service. You need to call them for everything,nobody will call you or do a follow up after you called them. We had to call to check if pay ment was received, we even had to call them to get our policy schedule( which we didn't receive yet). The tracker got approved but we still awaiting somebody to contact us regarding fitment.

Why such bad service? We are new clients and we receiving such bad service. I feel we should take our business elsewhere, where we are valued and we dont have to chase after anyone to get things done.
