MiWay NOT THERE TO HELP CUSTOMERS!!!

I was bumped by another driver on saturday. It was the other drivers' fault. So i called MiWay to report the incident and so that we can claim from his insurance(who is also with MiWay). Today MiWay told me that they cant help me because it is within my access-which I understand. But they refused to help me claim it from the other drivers' insurance. He bumped into me and is refusing to comply. So now MiWay is leaving me with all the hasstle. So you call this Customer care????? I am changing insurances if this does not get sorted out????
