MiWay NOT so doing things "Our Way"

I lodged a Claim with MiWay after 6-and-half claim free years and they confirmed receipt of my claim. The Panelbeater who had assessed my vehicle contacted MiWay and provided an assessment report, but only for me to do follow ups with Miway after 5 working days of silence. Even to get authorization for my claim was quite a mission. Individuals that I spoke to were talking different things, yet getting information from the same System. I was thinking of sticking with MiWay for my property Insurance, but after this experience I am having second thoughts as they don't seem to do thing "our way" as per their claim
