Miway not responding

Can someone at Miway please respond my emails... It has been a month now.

I have been emailing *** but I am not getting any assistance.

Towards the end of March I asked to cancel my car insurance policy which has not yet started, but I have since not gotten any response.

I assumed because you are not responding it means you have heard my request but I see that is not the case. On 29 April 2020 they deducted R977, Even though I clearly requested not to continue with the policy a month ago. I then wrote the same email to them on the same day of 29 April 2020 to *** reiterating that I asked to be canceled a month ago and that they should please reverse the R977 they took over a month that I emailed them to cancel.

Still I have not received any response from miway

What should I do??
