Miway not reponding in acceptable time frame. Expensive but poor service.

I had some trouble today. Car couldn't open with key neither electronically or manually. I requested a call back from Miway... waited and nothing happened. I called in myself then and was put on hold for long with no answer, so I hung up...I tried then another call back...no luck..

While waiting, I couldn't accept just sitting around for Miway Business to wake up. I managed to break into my own car and get it open without your help. Miway thanks for nothing again..I am considering now strongly to move my business assets elsewhere, because when I need you, you are not there. God forbid something happens to my business equipment. I will be then at the mercy of Miway again..I am not impressed at all...thanks for nothing, seriously...I am still awaiting the call backs from you...I would have probably had to pay for this terrible service as well. Lucky I didn't have to rely on Miways help today...dissapointed I pay a lot for this nonsense service
