Miway not paying service provider

on the 29th of June 2024 I Richard Mahlangu with the reference ***1HILL was appointed by Miway insurance company as a service provider for a house maintenance at Sunning hill "Midrand", two weeks after that I invoiced and my invoice was received by their finance department. until today they haven't honor my invoice for the work i done and confirmed by the assessor appointed by them! I have tried calling them almost every business day and they keep on promising to pay me in 24hours time until to date (6th-09-2024). i am not pleased by this since it has set me back personally and my small business back cause i have to pay the people i work with. i would like to receive my money as agreed on commencement of my work.
