Miway not paying claims but offer % on claims.

Many yearsago, Miway lured my parents away from Santam. Within a year they were burgled and claimed approximately R110000. Miway said they were under insured after they sent a assessor to their house and offered my parents their 10 months premiums back or 10% of the claim. They have plenty of bad reviews on FB and it appears my parents weren't the only ones cheated out of a legitimate claim. I have sent numerous e mails to the ombudsman but to no avail. Think twice before going Theirway
