Miway - Not MeWay!

It is unfortunate that I did my research before I moved insurances to Miway.

With the level of competency from the broker's side - I felt I was with the right insurance.

UNTIL I HAD TO CLAIM! Then the service took a 180 degrees turn.

The consultant told me of 'independent witnesses' who were at the scene and were interviewed by them. From the information they got they concluded that we were dishonest and that they would not pay the claim and thus cancel the insurance.

Mind you, I was given this verdict before their meeting on this matter sat - which boggles me...

I am not happy at all with Miway and as much as I was not happy with my last insurance - I never thought of writing a review about them on Hellopeter!

We will be cancelling all our insurance policies with Miway!
