MiWay not knowing who they send our vehicles to.

Hi recently I had a hail damage claim and miway approved for my car to go to Odes Auto Body in booysens. The car came back in repaired however I noticed something was ****** from my car and the sun visor was broken. My car did not go in with a broken sun visor. Miway does not know what kind of companies they are sending our cars to. They are only worried about if the company is an approved auto body shop. If this is going to be delat with. I want the auto body to fix my sun visor and an apology for what was ****** from the car.
