MiWay not getting back to me

MiWay called me wanting to sell me their insurance cover. I am in the market and looking at possibly changing from my current insurance. They kept me on the phone for nearly an hour asking me a million questions (as i am looking at cover for my vehicles, household, etc.). At the end, I was put through to a more senior person who verbally quoted me. I asked him (twice) if he could please email me the quote, which he said (and confimred my email address (twice) that he would do. It's been about 4 days now and I still have not received any email. If this is how they treat potential clients, then maybe I don't want to change over to them - can only imagine how they treat actual clients once they have your money...
