Miway not doing things my way

I was driving to Johannesburg from Durban on Monday night when my tyre burst and was torn to shreds. We were 2 females in the car, stuck in the middle of nowhere. I called Miway for emergency roadside assistance and got through to Lethabo. She was very helpful at first and promised to dispatch someone to assist me. So I sent her our location and we waited. I had to ask for feedback a few times and she said she was struggling to find a service provider in the area to assist. At that point a N3 patrol vehicle spotted us and stopped to assist. They had trouble changing the tyre because the lock nut was missing. Spoke to Lethabo again who said they couldn't help in that regard and she would have to have us towed. Which is fine, but here's the kicker: Miway only covers tow costs for a 40km radius...and I was over 150kms from Johannesburg. At that point, I was in panic mode, upset and Lethabo seemed to be getting annoyed with me as she kept interrupting me, calling me "sisi" as if we were friends. I eventually got myself sorted out, with no help from Miway, after being stuck for 3 hours on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The sheer apathy I was shown really breaks my heart because I've been a loyal client for so many years. Needless to say, I will be searching for a new insurer.
