MIWAY NOT CANCELLING POLICY

I have given MiWay 5 weeks Notice of cancellation. I have proof that they have received the cancellation , yet they have still deducted their policy. I have phoned to enquire about it. I was promised an urgent call back. NO CALL BACK. I have phoned again and requested for someone to call me BACK. I am still waiting. They have now deducted their full payment and my New Insurance have also deducted their premie. THEY ARE NOW IGNORING ME TOTALLY
