MIWAY? NO WAYS!!!!!!!! OWNERSHP DOCUMENTS MISSING FOR 3 WEEKS NOW

I was involved in a car accident on the 4th of February 2017 where I was hit from behind, Mi Way wrote the car off and said that they will send couriers to come and fetch the spare keys and ownership documents from me. I gave the couriers the document and spare key on the 10th of February 2017 but then I heard nothing from Mi Way for the next week. I then phoned Mi Way to find out how far they were with regards to processing my claim as they said they will pay me out on receipt of the documents, they then claimed to have not received the parcel. I then phoned the couriers to find out what happened to the parcel and they sent me proof of delivery for the 13th of February 2017. When I showed them this proof of delivery they then claimed that they did not receive the ownership document but only received the spare key. They said they were investigating what happened to the documents but it has been 3 weeks and still no one knows where the ownership document is. I have to constantly phone to find out what is happening and no one is able to assist. I only received one email from the claims advisor Busisiwe Damana saying that they are still investigating. They say they cannot pay out my claim until they have received the documents and done change of ownership to Mi Way. How long will the investigation go on for? Why must I be stuck without a car when I did all that was required of me? It is not my fault that they cannot find the document and how do ownership documents just disappear? I’m still waiting for the manager who was in a meeting last week to phone me back and my claims advisor who was on lunch when I called last week, to phone back as well.
