MiWay - NO WAY.....

What gives MiWay the right to make unsolicited marketing calls to my cell phone? The calls are not even targeted - the caller didn't even have my name. It seems the only remedy I have is to advise everyone to boycott MiWay. I suggest black listing *** for all those people who object to such behavior.
