Miway - No service at all!

Miway, your BAD service is quite ridiculous. So after I called Miway to get a quote, I was told to email this address: ***, which I did. no response what so ever. Then sending a message on Facebook asking how long does it usually take to get called back after I was told to email. The person responded saying someone will call me shortly..... still nothing and still waiting for that call. I then lodged a complaint on the Miway website, with this exact story, still nothing. I just send the person a message on Facebook messenger again asking, when is shortly over? And did you know, after logging a request for quote query on Discovery insurances' Website, they called me back within Minutes!!! Well done Discovery!
