Miway no longer offers best premiums and service

I intended to buy a car, so first called Miway to obtain a quote for insurance. I then bought the car, and phoned Miway for insurance cover. The actual insurance premium is R108 more than I was initially quoted. They say there is no record of my initial call. I have now obtained quotes for both my vehicles from Naked Insurance. Their monthly premium is significantly lower (more than R200) on both vehicles. They also have coverpause, where I can pause accident cover when I am not driving one of my vehicles. I now intend to switch my business to Naked Insurance. I also had a lot of trouble getting the self-inspection done, as the Miway app was glitchy. Eventually drove to Glasfit in Port Shepstone, where I was informed that they no longer do the inspections for Miway. However, they set me up on WhatsApp, so I was then able to do it myself.
