MiWay never gets back to me

I am a loyal Miway client but have found over the years the service is shocking. I ended up insuring my new car with OUTsurance as no one could assist with the quote and if they did, they did not follow through. I have sent my policy on MANY occasions to Retention consultants and Customer Services for them to quote me on my contents and All Risks covered with another insurer. Just yesterday I got through to someone, wanting a competitive quote on my items. I asked him to call me back at 2 and I am still waiting. No e-mail of the quote or anything. This is most likely the 4th time I have done this and end up leaving my items where they are as NO ONE can EVER help me at Miway. Is my business maybe not wanted?
