MiWay needs to close down!!!!!

I have never seen such pathetic service in my life miway has *****ed me over in so many ways its not even funny....

So i get a call from miway.... Hi sir we would love to tell you about our awesome deals blah blah blah.....

So i decided that i would be a good idea to move to miway which actually the worst mistake i ever made......

Long story short we cancelled all our insurances and decided to move to miway insured my cars and my house.... After a month or two i decided to buy myself a brand new polo tsi brand new from the dealer call miway to change my details to the new car all is well.... Two weeks later i get an sms saying i should take my car for inspection i asked why because its a new car?? Nevertheless i take the car for inspection....... A month later same thing happens i then flip n ask them does my car need to go for inspection ever two months or what??? Then they give me a long stupid soggy storie nevertheless i take the car again... I then phone them and ask is everything ok now... They reply yes.... I ask both cars insured perfectly??? They rep**** yes again a month later same sorry inspection on the other vehicles like ***...???? Soon me n miway make up and we happy friends...

Around the 4th or 5th January 2020 we in Kimberly have a massive storm and my roof starts leaking and damages almost most of my roof ceilings so because the house is insured i call my good friends miway......

They then say we will send someone to check the damage (inspector) two weeks later i get the first response "we have received feedback from the inspector and because we saw afew *****s missing on your roof and it looks like someone walked on the roof we have to present to the board to see what your outcome will be" i then get a call today.... "we will not pay out or fix the roof because its a maintenance issue" all because the storm could of hit the nails out or whatever the case may be???? Is insurance not for this type of damage??? And why did they not send out someone to check my house before they decided to insure it?? Now they have alot to say about disclaimers????

This is the most pathetic service i have ever received and rest assured i will not leave this here they debited my account every month and didnt worry about disclaimers now i have a claim then this **** gets thrown in my face.... I will not let this go Miway needs to refund me every little cent they took from me.

They are the worse insurance company ever talk about disclaimers when its time to repair damages... What happens tomorrow when i bump one of my cars...... Disclaimers again?????
