Miway needs to bring love back into the game

My family went through absolute torture due to Malicious damage caused by a contractor after he turned violent. He threatened my life, he damaged my property and wripped my soul apart. I logged a claim, and even if my claim is rejected my realisation is that when my claims, consultant Mpho contacted me, I cannot recall her stating that she regretted the trauma i had to endure. Instead all she outlined was that i did not declare to Miway that i had contractors on site. Also i had to have a 1 hour debate with JP the assessor who just could not comprehend why i logged the claim. Both Mpho and JP were very professional but i just could not sense true empathy after what 8 jad endured. Reject my claim if you so wish, but my concern here is that you need to be more empathetic. Monique was kind in her email to me but Mpho did not give the impression that she felt empathetic to my trauma. Miway needs to bring love back into the game. I'm loyal to you many years and will remain loyal but please don't stop caring.
