Miway - My way to do business!

Miway responded to a call from us last night as our car broke down. Within minutes the breakdown was reported. Miway sent a sms giving me the service provider name, cell no and registration of his vehicle. It was after 10pm and we felt no fear because almost immediately there was a call from the service provider to obtain location details. In 20 minutes, the Towing service arrived. The car was put on a flat bed and taken to our home. We are so thankful for the smss advising every step of the process. And then a call from Miway to confirm that our vehicle was safely delivered. What a pleasant experience in this day and age where miscommunication is the order if the day. Not Miway - I am proud to say my chosen insurance company.
