MIWAY must choose reliable panelbeaters

<p>i was involved in an accident on the 29th of April and Miway authorised Cris Craft Panelbeaters to fix my car but its been a month now without any feedback from them. i call them everyday and they promise to give me a call for feedback on how far they are with the car but that's just a way of running away from me and i wonder how Miway chooses its service providers because its clear that this Panelbeater is not reliable. i'm asking myself if these panelbeaters bribes Miway staff to choose them or what because i don't see a point of choosing a useless panelbeater like Cris Craft and this is giving me doubts about my insurance company. i pay my premiums every month and i don't see why i have to suffer like this when its time for my insurance to deliever because they do not suffer when its time to collect money from me.</p>
