Miway Misleading people

Book we drive on there app around 20:00 for 22:03 pick up and received confirmation for my booking via WhatsApp with a ref no, at around 22:00, I called to understand what was happening since no one was contacting me only to be told I should have booked 5 hours early while on there app is says u must book 2 hours before and that there over booked and they can try assist around 23:30 but they don’t promise
