Miway mimotor plan is a bummer… I’m livid honestly speaking

I took out mimotor plan with Miway, it covers tyres. I sent them a claim last week already for worn out tyres. They just not entertaining me. Worse on Wednesday morning one of my tyres got torn I sent a claim for that front torn tyre still no response whatsoever. So how must one deal with such crisis. Whereby one is literally being ignored for their claims
