MiWay MiMotor Combo Cover is USELESS!!!!

MiWay called me for a Scratch and Dent cover some time last year and I took it because I thought to myself it would good because cars always get dented or scratched during our day-to-day operations.

I accidentally scratched my car on the edge of my gate as I was driving out my place, and I lodged a claim on my scratch and dent cover. My claim was blatantly rejected because "the scratch was due to a collision" and the cover excludes that. And I thought to myself - all scratches and dents are due to some form of collision or another. So what exactly is the cover?? I am very annoyed but them, but for my own sanity, I have cancelled the cover - IT IS USELESS!!
