Miway Mihome Stuff Misleading Agent None Cover Accidental Cover

The Miway Insurance Assessor tells me that Iam not covered for accidental damage. I had an indecent where my printer was accidentally pulled off the table, falling to the floor. I had an agent talk to me for over an hour trying to to get me to withdrawing my claim as I am not covered. This misleading information stating that I am only covered for my TV and mirrors. Miway's information on their website say differently.
