Miway Mihelp Emergency not so Urgent.

I have been a client of Miway for couple of years now and I'm happy with their service. There is this one department though, they call themselves Miway Mihelp Emergency. I have requested assistance from them for the second time today and like the previous time, no sense of emergency or care. At least today I'm at the office park, previously I was stuck on the N14 next to Diepsloot. It took a stranger to assist me because they were concerned about my safety based on the location. This is 3 hours of waiting without any assistance. Today it's now going for 2 hours. I think Miway must remove the Emergency part of the name and just call themselves Miway Mihelp without the emergency.
