Miway might not be for you after all.........

In February 2025 was involved in a *******/hijack, got ****** but manage to keep the car. My headlight to the BMW i was driving got damaged in the process. Lodged a claim through Miway and had the car assessed through them. As my BMW is a 2015 model they are refusing to pay out for a OEM part (Headlight) as the car is out of warranty. The amount they offered for my repairs is ridiculous as i cant even find a 2nd hand headlight to cover their payout. I am forced to take the offer they sent me and was told that i would have to add the balance from my own pocket.

So please people, before signing up with them, find out exactly what they will be paying out if your car is damaged.
