MiWay Marked my name as BAD

First i want to say that there staff does not care about there old or current clients. i was a client with them for quite a wile. i had a Bigboy Flame 200 with them in 2014 (no Claims) i then had a Megelli 250rr from October 2014 to may 2015 (claim for Roadside ass. for a tow) i then had a Honda CBR600 RR from May 2015 to December 2016 (2 claims) 1st claim was in January 2016 for hitting a guinea fowl on Dudley Smith rd in Boksburg. 2nd claim was in July 2016 for hitting a dog that ran out in the street in Taft Ave brakpan. At the end on the year i wanted to update my insurance by them, i was then told thy will be removing me as that i claimed 2 times in the year.(my Question was why are thy gonna remove me 5 mounts after my accident. could not give me a answer) So i got a other insurance company. i decided recently to get quotes to see if i can get a cheaper insurance. after a few calls i was informed that Miway has put a Mark on my name that other company's wont insure me. Form June 2019 to august 2019 i have been calling them asking them about it, every time thy cant give me a answer and thy will get someone to call me (Never Happens) Like i said, thy don't care.
