Miway making it difficult to cancel my policy

Miway is making it difficult to cancel my policy. When I phone to cancel I just get put on hold (for 27 min in one case before I ended the call). They keep sending me messages that they're trying to get hold of me without success, as if there's something wrong with my phone. Meanwhile everyone else can get hold of me.
