MiWay making empty promises yet again....

Wow, I simply cannot believe I'm on this website yet again to complain about Miway... I have been waiting on my excess refund for almost 4 months now and I am the one following up on the matter with MiWay not once have I received a call with feeback NOT ONCE!!! I have been liaising with a lady called Moohko Puling, lovely as she may be and she really is she has not been given the proper resources to get this matter resolved as the other insurance party has been dragging their feet and exploiting every loophole they possible can thus far and this is simply been allowed to happen, now legal proceedings are instituted and this matter might take even longer to resolve now... This whole system is flawed and I find myself typing this complaint knowing that I will receive some watered down apology and excuse and you will probably end up phoning my wife and not me as I have requested on every complaint thus far.... Thinking of it I lodged a complaint when one of your consultants laughed at me when requested to speak to top level management and still I have not received a formal apology on the matter...
