Miway makes false promises to lure clients in

I lodged a claim last Tuesday. The consultant promised to get back to me when she had sent an assessor to look at my car. When I hadn't heard from her on Thursday, I called her and she told me that my car had been written off, and that as soon as she had received the registration papers for the car, she would pay an amount into my bank account, suspecting that this amount was inaccurate, I got her to recalculate the amount, which she did(Only for me to discover at a later time, that she had f made a mistake with this amount too)<br> <br> When the courier hadn't arrived late the next afternoon, I contacted this lady, who said that she would only make payment within 2 to 3 weeks. I was furious and got a family member to call and speak to her supervisor. The supervisor said that the money would be in my account by Thursday(Bearing in mind that it takes 2-3 days to reflect)<br> <br> I called Miway today, and was passed from person to person. Eventually, one of the supervisors contacted me to say that they would pay out my claim once they had received my car keys, which means that the money will only reflect after 10 days.<br> <br> Miway promises to payout claims three days after a claim is lodged-A TOTAL LIE
