MiWay make sure you look after Tumi

I had the pleasure of being helped by Tumi this past week. I am blown away by how professional, knowledgeable, efficient, confident and friendly he is. He strikes me as a person of very high EQ. Tumi has presence and you get a feeling he is going to help. He went beyond all my expectations and restored my faith in the MiWay brand. MiWas needs to fast track this guy and make sure they do whatever they need to do to retain him.
