Miway made my whole ordeal more manageable

I would like to thank Miway insurance for the excellent service I received.

I was hijacked 2 weeks ago and when I informed the insurance company, I received the greatest empathy from Vukosi. I called in the afternoon around 4:30pm and the next morning I received a call to meet a Miway representative. The following day my vehicle was removed from the SAPS pound and taken for assessment and repairs... A few days later, the claim was authorised, hassle-free.

A week later I had another ordeal where my second vehicle was broken into. When I called Miway for a claim once again, I expected suspicion and resistance but the consultant was very empathetic instead. She went as far as letting me know sometimes these things happen and I just need to pray about it. My claim was authorised immediately, hassle-free.

In short, excellent service, consultants are not only well trained but they show that they are human and able to empathise with others. This for me is going beyond just doing your job and I am truly touched.
