Miway loses the plot completely

Overall, I think the service provided by the installers was top class. The workmanship was of high quality. They cleaned up well too after the installation.

This particular rating could have been a 5 star. I was disappointed with MiWay Claims dept because I placed the call in the morning and explained the urgency to the agent. To our surprise, the installer only received the instruction at 4pm thus an entire day was lost. Coupled with this, Miway provided the installer with an incorrect location which further worsened the situation and no installation was possible on the day.

The installation was only completed the following day.
