Miway looking for Reason not to PAYOUT!!
Miway is looking for reasons not to process my claim,i put in a claim via their app which they highly recommened when taking up their insurance.i decided to process my claim Via the app when its time to deduct the R1000 as they promised they now coming up with 100 excuses.
i accindenatly hit a pothole but now 1 of their Agent Says a pothole accident is not an "Accident","he says its a wat wat"i asked him to show me in writing and they have failed to show me that print.
They ******!!!i am still waiting for a response from the "manager"..once they sort out my claim i am OUT!!
Changer DAI DENG if you already with them.
