I am currently out of SA and struggle to communicate with companies in SA. Not only was I able to make changes on Miway's online portal (Could not do this on Outsurance website), with stuff I could not do on the portal, Nokwazi Mdluli gave me excellent assistance via the online chat app. They made it easy for me.
I do recommend the online chat service above the call center. It is at your convenience and you will most probably be at your PC able to read through policy updates while the chat is live.
