MiWay Lies.

We have had a lot of trouble getting our claim approved by Miway. They have told us so many lies and tries to get every excuse in the book to not Pay out for claims logged. We have asked for our initial Sales Call and they said they cant give it to us because it is unfortunately in Afrikaans (Which is our Home language). MiWay Says that If you log a claim on their Mobile Miway App you apparently get R1000 off on Excess. This is NOT true as my Fiancé claimed for his car on the Miway app and they Still told him that the Excess is R5500.00 and not R4500.00. They even told him to Cancel the claim on the App so that they can log it manually, this way he wont get his R1000.00 off (even though the initial claim is on the app). While I cancelled my Policy with them they still tried telling me that I can get R1000 off and they will phone my FIancé and sort his Excess out. We are still waiting for them. We have only been Loyal supporting clients of Miway expecting the best service. We had to wait for almost 1 month just to get them to Approve our claim. And only then could the car go in for Repairs which will take another month or two.

This is not the service that has been promised to us.
