At the beginning of January 2022, I spoke to Miway and said I could not afford the annual increase.

I was helped by Nokuthula Dhlamini

She helped to decrease my premium from R795.00 down to R696.00 So I agreed to stay with Miway instead of cancel

At the end of January, I was debited R795. I sent her an email to query but never received a response.

And NOW ONCE AGAIN... I have been debited R795. Instead of the new agreed amount.

According to the miway app I am supposed to be debited R696.
