MiWay Legal Team is pathetic !!!!
I have a third party claim with MiWay. The consultant handling my claim never provides me with feedback unless I enquire or I have to call after them to find out what is happening on the claim. My vehicle sustained some mechanical damages and I have to drive this vehicle as is while MiWay takes their own time to finalise claims. The service received from MiWay and the Legal claims department is rather pathetic. I have to drive a vehicle which has been in an accidents with accidental damage and mechanical damage and my safety does not mean a thing to them. Once again, pathetic service from the consultant, team leader and the company !!!!!!!

26 Apr 2024, 09:44Today I am highly disappointed in the service received from MiWay legal team. Your client knocked into me and you are telling me I am liable for this incident. Your client had no right of way to drive and she confirmed she is liable for the accident. You guys sent me to get quotations for the damages and you are only offering me a small percentage. My damages is R15000 and you are only offering me R2000. I sustained body work damages and mechanical damages and now you are making this my fault? This is totally unacceptable and the ombudsman will be contacted
