MiWay legal department annoying

The legal department of this insurance is very frustrating . After my accident in December the car was fixed and then the case was sent to the legal department to recoup my excess. Then, in April Charlite Moyse sends me an email asking me to explain what happened at the accident scene, imagine. Four months later, I referred her to the claims department who I had provided all the information. She was also asking for an accident sketch I told her that she should contact the JMPD to get it. When I called from the accident scene and explained everything, means no one was listening. It is six months later and this is still ongoing. I have to constantly send Charlite Moyse to ask her what is happening with the case. Charlite Moyse please work on finalising this and update me on what is going on. I cannot be begging you for an update all the time.
