Great service from Charlite Moyse! Miway was able to recover my excess from a vehicle accident within 4 months of my request. I am very happy with the service received from Charlite, specifically. The communication from her colleagues prior to her was not so great, and I repeatedly had to follow up. Overall, I am happy to receive the refund within 4 months of my request.
