Miway keeps me loyal!!!

I received an email from Miway with my renewed policy, but I was not happy with my new premium. I felt that my new premium was not within my budget.

So I sent Miway an email expressing the way i felt and that I may be forced to look elsewhere.

I soon received a call from one of the senior advisers, Maduvha Thathaisa. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He was very helpful and informative. And he managed to discount my premium to an amount that was suitable to my budget and lifestyle.

I am very happy with my premium and I am very satisfied with the excellent service that I received from Maduvha.
