MiWay, just a money making scheme?

Not happy Firsly, I was send to a Glassfit in a sketchy and highly unsafe area to do my car’s inspection . Upon arrival I felt very unsafe and decided to rather go to another Glassfit. Upon arrival at the second Glassfit, they gave me a number to whatsapp to do my car inspection MYSELF. Now I’m wondering to myself, why do I have to use my time(which I don’t have much of) during the day and my petrol, to go from one Glassfit to another, just to receive a whatsapp number sothat I can do it at home by myself? Couldn’t if be send through via mail or telephonically ?Suggestion: just give me the right information the 1st time. Don’t waste our time and money. .... When I received my policy details, I noticed that they indicated that I do not have any tracking system- contradicting the fact that I confirmed muiltiple times that I HAVE a tracking system at a respected company(provided the name). Upon quering, they said that they never received a certificate of the respected tracking company. The truth of the matter is that they never telephonically or via mail or via Policy disclosure indicated that they require it. So this leads me to the conclusion that they would not cover me if anything had to happed becauce " the information was not correct" ... even though they never comunicated the requirments to the customer.
