Miway it's a **** I would not encourage someone or any person to take Miway insurance because they don't live up to the expectations 😭😭😞😞

I had an car accident on the 3sept23 so my car was taken to Panelbeater On the 13Oct23 I went to check how far was my car through my suprised the service provider only repaired my back bumper, two right doors which were damaged during an car accident but my front bumper was never repaired, my two wheel caps were not being replaced and my suspension.i asked service provider why my front bumper, suspension were not repaired, he told me that the assessor from MIWAy never quoted those to be repaired and I immediately contacted MIWAY regarding that then I was told they will email assessor and the assessor will give me a call.i waited for a call since last week and this week.i only got a call today 20/10/23 and assessor was very rude towards me saying my front bumper was damaged long time ago and he doesn't think the suspension was damaged and told me that I must not tell him about his job because he's an expert and lastly he hangup the phone.my question ❓❓ is why must we pay insurance if they can't fix my car? Please help in regard with this because I'm struggling at the moment because it's been too long my car it's been to the Panel beater.
