miway it all about just taking peoples money

miway car insurance leave on my credit score that I owe them money of R532.00 for what I don't know I closed them already in 2017 the end , if you don't pay your car insurance you just don't get covered. but I owe them money this is f.. bad I was with them for many many years making them rich not claiming ever but when I request as they advertised after so many years of not claiming you get money back do you think they realy give, no when I ask they have excuses ooo they don't do it any more. and best of all they leave on my credit scor I owe them R532.00 I don't owe them ffffff. the better clean my score otherwise there will be big trouble.
