Had a mechanical fault with my vehicle and eventually took a car to an RMI mechanic only to find out my policy doesn't cover RMI. The vehicle was parked and stripped by mechanic but had to be moved to a proper vehicle manufacture for service or repair. Called MiWay for assistance to move the vehicle from one service centre to another and landed in the hands of a dude called Tumisang - The service he gave helped me through my frustration and I felt like I was the only customer at my way (valued). There are service providers who knows that Customer Service is not just a department but giving yourself passionately to the service you provide and that is what Tumisang did. Every 20 minutes I received a call to check if tow guys have arrive, taken the car, moved it etc. If this is how people are treated at MiWay, then I would advise everyone to find a home there.
